With Polyfusion®, the Halo Pro 2 introduces a true world first to wing sports. For the first time, the Exo LT panels made from ALUULA™ 98 on the leading edge and center strut are structurally welded together under high temperature. Not stitched. Not conventionally glued.
The result is an exceptionally homogeneous airframe structure that transfers forces more directly throughout the wing. This delivers immediate feedback, outstanding profile stability, and maximum efficiency.
At the same time, Polyfusion® reduces the need for additional structural reinforcements. This saves weight and forms the foundation for the Halo Pro 2's full three-strut design.
The foundation of Polyfusion® is Exo LT made from ALUULA™ 98, a high-performance composite that combines exceptional stiffness with low weight.
Different stiffness levels are strategically used according to specific load requirements. In the center section, an ultra-stiff high-performance composite maximizes pumping efficiency and top-end performance. In the outer sections, a more flexible variant improves load distribution and enhances handling.
The Bionic Boom redefines the handle system. Manufactured from a single, seamless carbon piece, it combines the precision of a traditional boom with the comfort and flexibility of modern handles. Its ergonomic curved shape promotes a natural arm position and significantly reduces strain on the wrists.
The power delivery point can be controlled with precision, making one-handed riding exceptionally comfortable. At the same time, the wide connection area at the center strut increases stiffness, providing even more direct control.
